I ordered my wardrobe on 24/07/25 I didn’t hear anything for 3 weeks I had to email and chace it. I was told there was a family emergency so ok I understand that but was told someone would be in touch on Friday 15th with details no message I had to contact again and was told to answer my messages I hadn’t received any messages so sent my email address again I haven’t moaned because I understand life gets in the way sometimes. Then a man comes and says area too small it was 15 cm too small we could of moved the bed over at least man was rude and said you do know what space I need I saiid it was ok I’m disabled and can’t kneel down hence the reason I needed the assembly doing wished I told him to take it back and got a refund but I was dumbfounded I knew as soon as I saw his face there was going to be a problem thanks for an awful experience
