I informed them, and within the same week, I received a new cap.Despite the miscommunication, their service was fast!May 15thUnfortunately, my second cap also broke, and my second experience was completely the opposite of the first. I was promised an email with the shipping confirmation of my new cap within three working days. Five days later, I reported that I still hadn’t received anything. Again, I was promised an email within 48 hours with the shipping confirmation.You guessed it… it’s now been 10 days, and I still have nothing. Online, I see that Stride parts are temporarily unavailable everywhere.I’m starting to lose trust in Elvie, even though my first experience was so positive!
