It was very easy to get in touch with a customer service representative. The representative communicated well and met my needs. I received replacement pump parts sooner than expected. I am very pleased with not only the product, but the service is phenomenal as well!
Is there a zero for this company?I bought the pelvic floor exercise kit. Far too big for me. I cannot use it as it cause irritation and pain. They should be grateful that I am providing feedback. Now, there is no refund as I already used it once. How can I know something does not fit me if I do not try it first? As a company, and as they sell online, they should warn that they just manufacture a one-fits-all product. You can see that they are after your money, not about improving the product or providing a good service. DO NOT BUY, you will be stuck with a piece of rubber that costs £150 and it just causes injury. It is a bogus product.

If there were more stars, I would give them! I couldn’t recommend the Elvie more. This is my second pump purchase, and it has been a vital part of my breastfeeding journey. It’s quick, easy, and so handy to use. Their customer service is second to none — incredibly responsive and pleasant. I’ve never experienced a more helpful team. 10/10
Got the Elvie stride 2 which is broken. Contacted customer support on their live chat. They agreed to supply replacement parts 2 weeks ago, but they remain out of stock due to ‘high demand’. Since they don’t sell spare parts for the stride 2, the high demand must be from broken pumps. The woman on live chat today told me she uses the stride 2 and hers is also broken and she is borrowing a pump from her sister and suggests I do the same or hand express. Seriously? Not great when an Elvie employee tells you her elvie pump is broken as well. I asked for a refund and she closed the chat! I have the screenshots.
They made things easy and put customers their first priority. They're not ending with that. They also send emails regarding replacement and shipping by different customer care experts to ensure we got our product on hand ASAP. So grateful to them all.
