By day 5 the battery would only hold power for 2x20 minute pumps on setting 5. When messaging the Elvie team they claimed it should last at least 5x30 minute pumps. They acknowledged that there were broken parts and this was within 28 days of purchase. However they said they a refund and return were not possible due to it being an intimate product (which is incorrect for any faulty item). I was told they would send an email to explain how to start the refund policy but have not received anything and they are no longer responding to messages. Absolutely disgusting customer service, breaking consumer rights and faulty product.
