I purchased the Elvie Trainer and the next morning recieved a text for 25% off the trainer. I contacted customer service and they told me they had to submit the request (to add the discount OR cancel the order so I could re-order with the discount). I didn't hear back after serval days. I emailed the customer service email included in the receipt, and its no longer in use. So then I chatted in. No one ever responded. A few days later, chatted in again, where I was told I just needed to wait. Then I got an email that the product shipped. It's been almost two weeks and I have no response from customer service. Tried chatting in again, still no response, finally called and am now able to return the product but have to pay for the return. I was planning to buy a pump but will not buy anything else from this company. The customer service is LACKING. Update: Elvie's reply is asking me to contact the very people who never respond to me, or are able to give me answers. Not a great response.
