I placed an order on December 07 and received confirmation along with an order number. Now, on December 18, there has been no communication from the service. The tracking info shows it's pending details. Despite numerous emails to the support team, I haven't gotten any response. Are they closed? Is there no customer service? This feels like a scam. I found a contact number that screens calls and is not located where they advertise. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my husband, and I’m very disappointed!
