I placed an order on December 07, received confirmation and an order number, but now, on December 18, there has been no communication from the service. The tracking info indicates it's awaiting details. I’ve sent multiple emails to the support team without any replies. Are they closed? Is there no customer support? This feels like a scam. I found a contact number that screens calls and isn't located where they claim to be. This was meant to be a Christmas gift for my husband, and I’m very disappointed!

The package was marked as shipped on 11/21/2025 but didn’t actually ship until two weeks later. It arrived late and lacked protective coating, resulting in scratches likely from shipping. Overall, I’m not satisfied with the service speed or product quality.
I loved the wall art on the website, but it was too small for my space. I requested a custom order, and they quickly responded with a fantastic mock-up. The birds span about 2' across and stretch over 10' on the front of my house. Positioned just above two large picture windows, they look stunning. Everyone in the neighborhood has complimented them. I’m thrilled they brought my vision to life!
I would have preferred to know in advance what type of metal was used rather than discovering it later. Additionally, the packing and shipping could be improved. Using packing tape to secure items to the inner cardboard and wrapping them in bubble wrap would help. My first piece arrived damaged, and my second larger order had a small part outside the shipping container.
I instantly liked the product and thought about it for a few days before ordering. The process was easy and convenient. Communication was good regarding the order confirmation and expected delivery. Now it proudly hangs over my bed and makes me smile every time I see it! It looks even better in person. Great experience overall.
As noted by others, this is plastic with metal edges, which is a bit misleading based on the website description. However, it's still beautiful. Shipping was very slow, and I had to send two emails to get a response from the seller, but they eventually did reply.
Shipping was delayed with no communication for days. A gift meant to make up for the delay arrived broken. The quality was not what I expected; it's flimsy, not metal, and had unfinished cuts with burrs. Overall, it feels overpriced for the quality.
