The tracking info indicates it's awaiting details. I’ve sent multiple emails to the support team without any replies. Are they closed? Is there no customer support? This feels like a scam. I found a contact number that screens calls and isn't located where they claim to be. This was meant to be a Christmas gift for my husband, and I’m very disappointed!
