Elyxr products are great. No complaints there. The shipping and order fulfillment is awful. Unfortunately, living in CO, I don’t have a ton of choices to get products sent to my area. Elyxr does ship here though so I thought, “Great! This will be my new go-to” All but one order of mine has been smooth and delivered fairly quickly.. One time, my order was never fulfilled at all but it was paid for so when they realized it hadn’t been packaged or shipped, there was no apology or sense of urgency to right a wrong. Another time, the order took 2 weeks, and most recently, I’m checking the tracking and it’s currently saying my package is supposed to arrive tonight by 9pm an it’s showing that it was in Denver 2 days ago (makes sense) and that it is now in VA?! If it’s in VA, it’s definitely not going to be here today and why on the world did it go to VA when it was literally 4 hours away from my home 2 days ago? They don’t keep good track of shipping and making sure customers get their orders in a timely fashion and to me, that’s bad business. No discounts or even an apology when your waiting way longer than just about any other place I used to be able to order from. And I have to suck it up because I don’t have a wide range of options. If you live where they aren’t trying to shut the industry down, order from somewhere else to ensure you have what you need in a reasonable time period.
Placed an order and 5 days later they emailed me and told me my product was out of stock. I told them I was willing to switch the flavor and waited almost 3 weeks before it was shipped. Very slow all around from shipping to communication. The product i got was subpar and overpriced. Took over a month for me to receive my product from when I first placed my order
I Have bought from these guys for over a year sometimes they take a little longer to ship then I like, and sometimes it’s shows up to your door in 3 days. But they always fulfill the order they aren’t scamming you. they will deliver They’ve got good pricing and have always come through.
I’ve lost almost $500. I placed two separate orders nearly two weeks ago and haven’t received anything. They used to be reliable with quick shipping and excellent support, but now there’s no communication at all. I’ll have to involve my bank. I finally got an email a few days ago stating they were out of a specific item and asked if I wanted to exchange it. I agreed, but now I haven’t heard back. I’ve spent a significant amount with them recently, and the least they could do is refund me.
I typically don’t write reviews unless I’m genuinely impressed, and this company has certainly earned my praise. Finding excellent customer service these days is quite challenging, but they have truly excelled. I received a response within a few hours, even during a holiday weekend, and it wasn’t just a generic reply. Additionally, the shipping was incredibly fast; my order arrived before I even got a shipping confirmation from other sellers. The product itself was outstanding and very well packaged. I usually read reviews but rarely write them unless I feel compelled, and this experience definitely warrants it! Fantastic job to the team! Keep up the excellent work; you’ve won my loyalty! Don’t not I repeat DO NOT ORDER from these shady people I ordered something from them October 15 and it’s still saying shipping label created tried to contact these shady people and I get someone saying they sick I asked well can I get a refund no response I’m calling my bank I feel fraud with this company and I will contact law enforcement also
Never got my order, and their “customer service” was absolutely useless, and they never bothered to check the delivery status showing it had seemed to disappear. All I got were excuses. It was obvious after two weeks I’d never get it, and it took them another 10 days after I proved it to them for them to ask if I wanted it reshipped.Absolutely NO. Like I’d EVER trust them again 🤪😂.
This review is for my first order ever from this business. I have nothing but positive things to say. They have an immaculate and large array of items to choose from. Secondly, I was blown away regarding the shipping time. It was shipped out the exact same day the order was placed . And it ended up arriving two days later with a bonus gift inside. I will never shop anywhere else. Their products are extremely good quality just as advertised.
Currently dealing with a missing package. I placed an order a week ago and it's been in pre-shipment since then. This means they never delivered my order to USPS even though, after chatting with customer service, they said they have already shipped it out. UPDATE: Elyxr did some extensive work on figuring this out and I'm very grateful. They have offered to upgrade my shipping and include a freebie in a show of apology for the mistake. Mistakes happen and I'm so happy that they figured this out and are willing to rectify it. Still waiting on the package but, when it arrives and I'm sure it will, I will update. Thank you ElyxrUPDATE: Package was delivered, like I knew it would be, however it didn't include the freebie product as promised by Andres. The packing slip showed my original order and that's it. So, while I did receive what I paid for, I didn't receive the concession as promised by Elyxr to show their contrition for the mistake they made which resulted in a considerable delay in my order and for the frustration I experienced dealing with this company.
