Terrible costumer service. I ordered a cream, which was important for my shoulder at the end of December. As it hasn't arrived by beginning of February, I checked online and it said "delivered on the 22 January". I couldn't find it anywhere. I contacted the costumer service team, they said oh, actually it hasn't been delivered. But it will be at one point, etc, he wasn't very helpful. I waited another few weeks, nothing. I contacted them again they said your order was deleted. I said ok, where is the refund? She said oh, send us your IBAN and we will refund it. I said so if I didn't contact you, I would have never received my money? She said oh, it should have been automatic, but it wasn't.. And she actually thought that this is an actual, valid explanation. I mean seriously.
