Review Time
A long while ago, I ordered a keyboard from them, since on their website, it was advertised as having a UK layout, which I needed. Once my order was ready, I picked it up, and later noticed that it was a US layout, not UK. And they are NOT the same.
I brought it back, and wrote a review on their website for this product, warning users that they should be careful, because it's NOT a UK layout, but a US one. A day later my review was rejected, citing that public reviews are not the correct place to complain about incorrect product information.
I'm sorry, but what? Reviews are there so customers can tell future buyers what to expect. This company doesn't think so, and they just want to silence anyone even slightly critical of them.
BEWARE FOR SCAMMERS!!You may find attractive deals on this site, but be aware, there are a lot of scammers. If you ever order, and receive nothing, you won't get any help from the customer service either.They tell you "we cannot cancel it, the seller has to accept the cancellation".And then when eMAG support tells you "Yes, we will cancel it" nothing happens. Been going on for one month now. They LIE, they SCAM, they give false promises, they DO NOT DELIVER ANYTHING. They are not reachable by phone, e-mail, or anything. Only by there stupid chatbot, if you talk for it for long enough (at least 15 minutes), maybe you get a real employee that STILL LIES TO YOU!This is genuinly the worst company you can EVER do business with. Hope these guys get taken down someday.
They sell products that they do not own. They take forever to complete the order, and when they do they don't send notification - but they take the ordered item back. Also, when I initiated a support chat, they did not send the information they promised that they would about the reimbursement.
There a a lot of vendors on the site that sell counterfeit electronic items, they sell the same stuff aliexpress does. If you write a review explaining that they don't show it at the product page cause they flag it as a complaint. I have sent back many items even trademark items that were fake.
We received a false product, which is simply a replica of the one we were expecting to get.Return costs more than the item itself.There is no customer service to emag, no phone number, email address, just a silly AI that doesn't get what you're trying to say. No help, useless, pointless, not recommended to order from here in my opinion.
