Don't buy there, unless you know you won't ever need to return a product. I have been a client for years and usually never had issue that needed a return. Until today when the printer I ordered as a christmas present prints terribly with blue dots on the picture and pink lines.I opened a return request, this is very easy to do.They do notify you that a courrier is coming, but then no one comes after 3 weeks, so you go check the status of your return and surprise, they got closed within 1-2 days with no explanation or notificationThen you go talk to customer service, which takes 1h to reach. And they give you fake promises that never happen. "We will reopen the return request", "We will contact the courrier and expedite the process"It has been 2 weeks and instead of that happening, they just closed again the return request. I hardly believe that the right to close a return request is held by the merchants (since it's a marketplace) and they are abusing their power. And emag has a marketplace does nothing to alleviate this issue.As of today I am done with emag, will not contact them again or buy from them again and instead submitted a nice chargeback.
