I've purchased various items from them for years, but in 2025, they failed to deliver a single order as paid. They refer to human errors in support when sellers intentionally send incorrect or cheaper products, or in some cases, counterfeit items. I also have an order that was meant to be delivered yesterday but has been delayed by another six days, with apologies and no explanation. It's shameful.
