Whorst delivery in the WORLD ! They 100% lie about the delivery time and then when you offer to PICK it UP they tell you to wait for DAYS before you can PICK IT UP YOURSELF!
I placed an order and paid for everything, including the service to pick up my old appliance. However, it doesn't appear anywhere in the order. It's completely gone. Trying to reach them? Good luck. There’s hardly any real phone number with a human response—just bots leading you in circles. Their support feels like a frustrating maze rather than a helpful service. Information is incomplete, options vanish, and when seeking answers, you’re met with the usual “please check the app.” Very helpful… if only the app reflected what you actually paid for. Their service quality has clearly declined. Lots of promotion, very little accountability. I wouldn't recommend them. If you pay for extra services, don't be surprised if they never arrive—perhaps not even by 2050.
I have been a customer for years, but in 2025 they failed to deliver a single order as per my selection and payment. Their support team refers to these issues as human errors, yet sellers often send items of lower weight or cheaper alternatives than what I paid for, and sometimes even counterfeit products. Now, I have another order that was supposed to arrive at the easybox yesterday, but it has been delayed for another six days without any explanation or valid reason. This is truly disappointing.

Comments warning about fake products are mostly rejected, and there’s no option to report counterfeit items. Shipping costs are exorbitant, and they inflate prices before sales. The app often misstates shipping status—what it claims is on its way turns out to have been forgotten in the warehouse after contacting support.
I was scammed. I ordered an expensive item and requested a return due to doubts about authenticity. They kept assuring me they would handle my request, but the return never happened. I ended up with an item I dislike and can't use. My negative review was never published. Be cautious and report scams to the authorities.
I paid for a product on 11.11, expected delivery by 13.11, and on 14.11, I was told it would arrive by 17.11. That was the last update. I contacted them multiple times to get my money back, and although the operator indicated my order wouldn't be delivered, they stated I’d receive a refund in 2-5 days after the delivery service updated their status. Why not refund me immediately if they know the order won’t arrive? Clearly, this is a major fraud.
