We were completely mis-sold a package and Microsoft refuse to take responsibility. The support is so poor, with staff not knowing the correct terminology when trying to guide you. To date we have lost 5 of our business days trying to rectify their issue, no one is getting back to us. I had such high hopes from Microsoft and how it could help our business but I have been left extremely disappointed and frustrated. I would like someone to contact me for a refund.
