I ordered some recovery leggings one week postpartum to help with muscle separation. I placed my order on 10th October, but for 7 weeks, I received no shipping updates or tracking number, despite sending multiple emails without a response. The product finally shipped and arrived 8 weeks after ordering. By the time it got here, I was 9 weeks postpartum and no longer needed it. When I requested a refund, I was informed it was not possible according to their 'terms.' Waiting two months for a product with no updates isn't acceptable under consumer law, and I would have canceled if I had been informed. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Poor communication, unreasonable shipping times, and refusal to provide a refund make this a service I cannot recommend. Avoid ordering from them.
