This is the worst experience I’ve had! I placed an order two months ago and still haven't received anything, not even a confirmation email. I've emailed multiple times, and out of the ten emails sent regarding my order, they only responded to two, saying they wouldn't refund because delivery would take an extra two weeks. There was no notice on their website about delays, nor did they inform customers. The customer service is incredibly rude. Two months later, and I'm still trying to get in touch because they aren't replying. I ordered for myself after giving birth, and my child is now two months old, yet I'm being denied a refund.
