I've sent several emails asking for tracking and a refund, as their website claims shipping to Australia takes 2-10 days. However, their responses seem automated, and they refuse to refund, stating 'the order has already been processed,' without any proof of shipment. I discovered this through an ad on social media and have reported them. This feels like a scam, and I want to prevent others from losing their money.
