This is a complete scam. I placed an order 3 weeks ago and have received no dispatch notifications or responses to my emails. There was no mention of delays on their website, social media, or order confirmation at the time of purchase. After asking for a refund, they ignored all communication and then updated their shipping policy post-factum, trying to justify ongoing delays. They also delete comments from customers on social media regarding missing orders, indicating many are facing the same issue. This behavior is deceptive and unacceptable. I've had to dispute the transaction with my bank and thankfully recovered my money. Be very cautious; this company should be avoided.
