I placed an order for in-stock items at the start of the month and didn't receive shipping details. When I inquired, they claimed items were pre-ordered, but this was not stated on the website or invoice. They then mentioned delays. I requested a refund, but they ignored me. They sent a partial order despite saying they couldn't do that weeks before. I asked for a return label and a refund for the remaining items, but both requests were ignored. I went through the payment service for a refund on the items not sent and am now waiting for a return label for the items sent after my refund request due to their false advertising. They are refusing this and I've reported them to consumer affairs.
