Great product but customer service is abysmal and bordering on being a scam. They will let you return items but then when you attempt to exchange they will tell you item is out of stock and offer you a choose of alternative, credit note or refund but if you request an alternative item that also won’t be available and if you request a credit note they will never send it. I have sent over 10 emails trying to resolve this and now they are just ignoring me. Am going to try and get money back via credit card company. As much as love the leggings I have to recommend avoiding this company
