I ordered leggings meant to aid with muscle separation one week after giving birth. I placed my order on 10th October, but I received no shipping updates or tracking information for 7 weeks, despite sending several emails that went unanswered. The product was finally shipped and arrived 8 weeks after my order. By the time it arrived, I was 9 weeks postpartum and no longer needed the item. I requested a refund, but was informed that it was not possible according to the company’s policies. Waiting two months for a product with no updates is unreasonable according to consumer laws, and I would have canceled my order if I had been notified. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Lack of communication, excessive shipping times, and a refusal to issue a refund make this a service I cannot endorse. I advise against ordering from them.
