Update - Management contacted me several times to resolve my issues and I am now happy. Old - Tracetravel.co has a trial membership but still require your credit card information. There is no 800# or live person to talk to. I find Expedia and AAA to offer better deals. I bought I pressed the cancel button during the trial period. Unfortunately, there are at least 5 are you sure you want to cancel before you are actually Cancel.
