I know I cancelled but they not only charged me after my trial ended but charged me again this year and refuse to refund my money. The website was totally lame and offered no help in finding good travel deals.

This is such a scam, I tried to cancel my subscription BEFORE the trial period ended and the “confirm cancellation” button is NOT WORKING on any device or browser. As a result you charged me $60. CANCEL AND REFUND ME!!!

Excellent and money saving subscription!

Loved the money that my family of 8 saved to go on our trip. The customer service was great and answered my questions in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Trace to anyone that I know if they plan on any sort of travel!!!

Update January 2025. Management contacted me to resolve issues. It seems that they care about custom

Update - Management contacted me several times to resolve my issues and I am now happy. Old - Tracetravel.co has a trial membership but still require your credit card information. There is no 800# or live person to talk to. I find Expedia and AAA to offer better deals. I bought I pressed the cancel button during the trial period. Unfortunately, there are at least 5 are you sure you want to cancel before you are actually Cancel. So,I was charged for the full amount and Customer Service email says I am out of luck for any refund because they didn't do anything wrong. If you want service, stay away from this site and company m
