I have the card for almost a year now and it has been very frustrating to say the least, I have only been able to make two charges due to the fact the rest where declined, my limit is pretty high so there is no reason for the card to have declined my purchased, called support each time it happen, also requested a new cars with new card number but it still declined charges, got letter in the mail saying my card was temporarily suspended and that I needed to call, so I called and then they told me to get the card back on I would need to send a copy of my current utility bill and driver license, this is beyond unnecessary I understand fraud is at an all time high but I have never had this kind of experience with a credit card before.
