I reached out to the support team after wearing my new boots for the first time, as the stitching was faulty on the inside heel causing discomfort. I emailed them that evening (December 16), and they responded the next day. The representative was incredibly helpful, acknowledging the fault and understanding that I planned to wear these boots a lot during the holiday season. She informed me that they had missed the collection for that day, but would send a replacement the next day. I was asked to return the faulty boots at my convenience, which I did with their pre-paid label on December 18. Fantastic service so far... However, Friday arrived with no boots and no response to my email inquiring about tracking for the new pair that was supposed to arrive. I have sent several emails since and haven’t received any replies. Now it's December 22, and I received a notification from the courier saying they’re expecting my parcel, but it seems like it wasn’t sent as promised. What started as fantastic service has turned into a disappointing experience, and I just hope the boots arrive soon. If I had received replies to my emails, I wouldn’t have felt the need to leave this review. Update: December 24, 8:45 am – we finally received the boots, and they are perfect!
