We had an issue with the delivery company that was neither the shops fault nor mine. Customer service always took my annoyance seriously and kept me in the loop until I got the shoes that they still had available. The pair that they were out of was refunded immediately and without any hazzle. Thanks for handling this really annoying situation for both sides so gracefully
I absolutely adore my Dianas! They are made of soft, comfortable leather (I believe it's leather?). The colors are vibrant, and they arrived quickly. For sizing, I usually wear a 9½, but they only had my desired pair in a 9, and they fit perfectly. This might be because the Dianas are slingback loafers. I hope they hold up well with wear. So far, so good! I will update my review if necessary.
I was gifted 3 vouchers worth £50 each from my husband to buy some boots I liked. Unfortunately, I couldn't use all three codes in one online transaction (being based in Scotland, visiting stores wasn't an option). I emailed the support team and got an immediate response. They noted my three separate vouchers and combined them into one electronic code for online use. Fantastic service, especially since it’s January 2nd and they resolved it the same day! 👏

I reached out to the support team after wearing my new boots for the first time, as the stitching was faulty on the inside heel causing discomfort. I emailed them that evening (December 16), and they responded the next day. The representative was incredibly helpful, acknowledging the fault and understanding that I planned to wear these boots a lot during the holiday season. She informed me that they had missed the collection for that day, but would send a replacement the next day. I was asked to return the faulty boots at my convenience, which I did with their pre-paid label on December 18. Fantastic service so far... However, Friday arrived with no boots and no response to my email inquiring about tracking for the new pair that was supposed to arrive. I have sent several emails since and haven’t received any replies. Now it's December 22, and I received a notification from the courier saying they’re expecting my parcel, but it seems like it wasn’t sent as promised. What started as fantastic service has turned into a disappointing experience, and I just hope the boots arrive soon. If I had received replies to my emails, I wouldn’t have felt the need to leave this review. Update: December 24, 8:45 am – we finally received the boots, and they are perfect!
