I bought a boot from Shoe Embassy but the left shoe opening digs into my skin as I walk. It is so painful I am almost in tears. I sent it back to the Shoe Embassy, who blamed my left foot and refused to help with the situation. This meant I spent that money and ended up with no boots to show for it. Clearly Shoe Embassy doesn't care about it's customers.
