I like the original Biltong but thought I would try the Wilder version as well. I am afraid I didn’t like it very much and it tastes completely different to the original and has a very different texture. I found it soft and rather texture less and lacking in flavour. It was so different I questioned whether it was even the right product in the package. I didn’t get a very satisfactory response.
