Best Biltong I've ever found. I tried a variety of Biltong companies, but Ember came out tops for me. Tastes great. British and Irish Beef. No dodgy ingredients. Genuinely ethical company (I appreciate every company is trying to convince us that they're ethical but you have to REALLY prove it to get B-Certified). Credit to the company. I get mine on a rolling subscription from Amazon. I have half a packet every morning with a handful of mixed nuts. Tastes great together, it's quick, naturally high protein and keeps me going till lunch. (Forget protein bars, they're a chemical soup). I could do this for the rest of my life.
I’ve tried a few biltong brands, but this is by far the best. I’m in love with the taste, it’s delicious, made with top-quality ingredients, and the perfect protein snack to satisfy my appetite. It feels great to support a small British business instead of the big guys!
