Size chart shows US sizes so I got an XL to wear over t-shirt. Got the embroidery on left sleeve expecting it to look like the example. The shirt fits like a M and the stitching looks like a 2 year old did it. They offered to make another one to my requests. I sent them images from their site stating I want the sleeve stitching to look like this. Had to pay shipping AGAIN. Just received, after 15 days, the replacement and it looks just like the first one, as if a 2 year did the embroidery. They have absolutely no customer service help. They don't care about helping. They don't care about the item NOT looking like the ones on their site. I want my entire purchase/shipping fee back but according to their site, they don't do that. They MAY send out a replacement. At what cost? Shipping and it to look yet again, like a 2 year old did it? This item means something to me, now it feels like a joke.
