Review Time
This service is a complete scam! I placed an order 5 weeks ago, and the number of times it's been marked as shipped is outrageous. I've exchanged over 25 emails with their support team and still haven't received a refund or my order. I've now requested a full refund, but there's been no response. This is extremely frustrating.
I've been waiting for my order for 16 days, and the customer service keeps giving me conflicting information about the delivery issues, suggesting it might be lost in transit. They only offered a 5% refund, which is completely unreasonable!
The advertisement for the service is highly deceptive. I later found out that the company operates from overseas, which makes returning items nearly impossible. The product I received was nothing like what was shown. The letters were of varying sizes and appeared odd and uneven. When I finally contacted the support team, I was presented with three "resolution" options, two of which required additional payment. The only option that didn't involve extra costs was a minor partial refund, which I accepted. This morning, I received a notification from my bank regarding the refund... a mere $8. I would not advise making a purchase from this company unless you are willing to take risks. It seems they sometimes deliver correctly, but I certainly wasn’t among the fortunate ones.

When I reached out to request a cancellation after more than a week without shipment, despite their claim of 1-2 days, they insisted that cancellations are not permitted. Their responses were inconsistent, claiming the item was being made, then stating it was in process but hadn't been made yet. The manufacturing facility is based overseas, and it feels very unreliable. They really need to address their negative feedback.
This is truly one of the best gifts I've ever given. The fabric is incredibly soft and the fit is perfect. The embroidery is clear, and the details of the portrait are excellent. I will definitely be ordering more for the upcoming holidays!
