It seems that this is a common experience - the Facebook and other site reviews are excellent but in reality, the items sent are necessarily what was paid for or agreed. I ordered 2 cars to be embroidered onto the back of a hoodie, example photos shared by the company through messenger showed the cars being of a good size which would be visible on the back of the hoodie. What arrived were two tiny embroidered outlines of cars which could not been seen at all when the hoodies are worn due to them being a lot more narrow that the hood. I asked for support and was told it was a technical error on their part but was only offered a 10% refund. Communication went quiet when I asked to return the item for a replacement to be made without a ‘technical’ issue. I was later asked to email the company to speak to a ‘professional’ who offered a 10% discount which seems to be their standard response. I’ve passed the issue to PayPal. This just doesn’t seem to be legitimate at all.
