This website is not trustworthy! I can't comprehend how they are permitted to sell these products. They completely disregard their promised shipping dates. When I reached out to request a cancellation after more than a week without shipment, despite their claim of 1-2 days, they insisted that cancellations are not permitted. Their responses were inconsistent, claiming the item was being made, then stating it was in process but hadn't been made yet. The manufacturing facility is based overseas, and it feels very unreliable. They really need to address their negative feedback.
