The advertisement for the service is highly deceptive. I later found out that the company operates from overseas, which makes returning items nearly impossible. The product I received was nothing like what was shown. The letters were of varying sizes and appeared odd and uneven. When I finally contacted the support team, I was presented with three "resolution" options, two of which required additional payment. The only option that didn't involve extra costs was a minor partial refund, which I accepted. This morning, I received a notification from my bank regarding the refund... a mere $8. I would not advise making a purchase from this company unless you are willing to take risks. It seems they sometimes deliver correctly, but I certainly wasn’t among the fortunate ones.
