I'm like some other reviewers. If I could rate a zero, I would. I too ordered jars of Bible verses back in November for Christmas and still waiting. I've had 3 different tracking numbers. Every time it's in the US it gets stuck and then I'm back to a new tracking number and it's still in China. Somebody or all of us need to report this to the BBB. They need to be shut down for unsavory business practices. One other thing, all these websites that want to sell you things before Christmas have no customer service phone number. I would suggest in the future check your company and make sure that they are accessible to you in the event there is a problem. That is what I am going to start doing.
