Second review on poor service.

This is my second review. They offered me a 5% refund for their mistake, and when I refused and asked for a sweatshirt as per their policy, they said it was a font error and offered to send a new one if I paid half the postage. I insisted on a new sweatshirt at no cost. They sent another one without notifying me. The last email had a tracking number, but the product arrived incorrectly again. I will never buy from this company again and will tell everyone to avoid them.

Caution: Poor service.

Buyer beware. They sent me the wrong product and instead of fixing their error, they offered me a 15% discount on my next order. No thanks. This has been the worst buying experience. It feels like a scam!

Ordered a custom hoodie for mother's…

Ordered a custom hoodie for mother's day. Arrived nearly a week later (after mother's day) than expected, and was not customized as requested. I paid extra for VIP service and for customization. After blaming me in several emails and then offering to take $8 off of my customization charge, and wanted me to just keep the incorrect item.They then offered to send a new item If I returned the old oner and paid for shipping for a new item. Then they offered to give me a full refund IF I PAID TO RETURN it to CHINA. Bro.So not worth the overpriced amount, and not even worth walmart prices. DO NOT BUY.
