This company has been charging me 29.95 a month
for three years . The site offers you 3 months for 14.95 and that is what I originally bought .. After years on this site they started charging me 29.95 monthly ..
DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID !!
They are not reputable .. Pay attention because they are a scam ..
They offer a one time search for $0.99 but after this search they then report you have 7 more days left before they bill you the full amount for a subscription. And no way to cancel unless you submit an email on their site which cannot be tracked. Chat does not work and a phone call will only put more of your info into their database. NO THANKS. STAY AWAY from these guys!
The representative on the phone was outstanding! It was the most enjoyable conversation I've had with someone I'd never met and likely never will. His voice was soothing, reminiscent of a smooth Jazz station on the radio. I found myself wanting to continue the conversation about anything. I would genuinely consider calling back! I've never felt so tranquil and at ease after a call with a stranger.
I could keep praising this experience.

I ordered and paid for a report, but then they requested an additional $19.95 for the information I needed. This feels like deceptive advertising since they charge extra for what the report claims to include. Additionally, canceling is intentionally challenging, and I received no response through their chat feature.
UNACCEPTABLE! I pay a monthly fee for this service because I need it for my business. The platform requires me to input the information, and when I hit search, it logs me out, prompting me to sign back in. I then have to re-login, re-enter the information I'm searching for, and it redirects me to a different page asking for the information again! Frequently, I receive an "Oops sorry!" message that prevents the search from going through for some reason. I log out and back in only to encounter the same error message. Completely useless! I've reached out to the support team and received no response whatsoever.
This deceptive service should face consequences. They entice you to pay 99 cents for information on a phone number, only to charge you $35 for a subscription you never consented to days later. When I filed a claim with the payment platform, they initially issued a refund but then reversed it. They falsely claimed I approved the subscription. Stay away from this misleading service.
