Disappointing Experience with Delayed Order

Similar to other experiences, I ordered two pairs on December 8, 2025. On December 15, I attempted to cancel the order due to the anticipated delay. I received an email on December 17 indicating that it was ready to ship. I tried to cancel again, but received no response. The package arrived from overseas on December 29. We are dissatisfied. We ordered a medium size, but it is cut too small. I submitted a return and refund request on December 29, and they responded on December 30, stating that I needed to return it to the overseas location, with a note to declare a low value, as they wouldn't accept it if the actual value was declared. Be cautious as you'll be dealing with a company overseas that has poor customer service. We are unhappy and will inform as many people as possible to avoid this situation. This could have been easily resolved with a cancellation.

Worst Customer Service, and product sizing is considerably smaller than what is stated

Like many other reviews, I ordered 2 pair on December 8 2025. December 15 I reached out to cancel this as it would not arrive on time. Got an email December 17 stating it was ready to ship. I tried again to cancel and it was not responded to. The package arrived from China Dec 29. We are not happy. We ordered a medium, and this is cut so small. Put in a request for return and refund, Dec 29, they replied back Dec 30 that I need to send back to China, with a NOTE TO PUT A SMALL DECLARED VAULE, as they will not accept if they have to pay actual declared value. Please be aware you'll be dealing with a Company in China with the worst customer service. We are not happy and will let as many people know to stay away as we can. This could have been resolved by just canceling.

I ordered these pajamas on Dec 6

I ordered these pajamas on Dec 6. The email said there were processing. I have emailed and called and no response. I was going to used them for Christmas well now i had to get something else! And i am out the$42 i paid. @@@@@the company replied saying to email them! No such address! The email would not go through!

Absolutely Terrible Customer Service

Absolutely Terrible Customer ServiceI ordered overalls that I intended to use as a costume for a performance. I had to order from Amazon instead because these took a month to arrive. After I received them, I wanted to return them because I didn't even want to keep them for my own personal use. My options for return were to 1. Pay for shipping back to China (costing around $20) or 2. Receive 20% of my total refunded back to me, and keep the product. I opted for option 2 because I did not want to pay for shipping, wait for the product to arrive at their warehouse, wait for them to review, wait for them to issue a refund. I thought the 20% back was at least something. It's been 3 months and the only reply back that I receive is "your request has been sent to the Accounting team for review. Thank you for your patience" I don't expect I will receive my $12 back. And now I have these overalls that I don't even like. So, no do not purchase from this website.

Sizing concerns and poor customer service

While the softness and quality of the pajamas are both great, their sizing is considerably off the norm. I purchased a size extra large. What came was a pair of pajamas labeled extra large but in fact appear to be a small size. Additionally, they shrunk even smaller after washing. I’ve been dealing with customer service for several days. My options were to return the pajamas for a 15% refund or keep the pajamas and receive a 25% gift card for next purchase. They pointed out that I would have to pay the return shipping to China to receive a full refund. They also mentioned that the shipping would no doubt be more than the cost of the pajamas. Not once have they addressed the problem with sizing. I would encourage you to steer clear from ordering anything for this company.

I ordered a robe on 08/18/2025 & got it on 09/04/2025, although I did not get a notification of my purchase via email which was worrisome. But the robe was good quality & did arrive in a adequate time from China to the US.

I wish I could give them 0 stars

I wish I could give them 0 stars. The tracking says my lackage was delivered but it wasn’t. They want me to reach out to USPS, but there is no updated tracking once it entered the US so they can’t track it. I have 36 emails going back and forth. They respond with the same generic reaponse and tell mmy request will get escalated, but them they close the ticket and it starts all over.

Huge disappointment

Where to begin. First of all, the pajamas took over a month to arrive. Came from China — not domestic. Secondly, they are absolutely nothing like what was advertised…like not even close. I ordered, or so I thought, 100% cotton. These are 100% polyester. I absolutely do not recommend this vendor. Take your business elsewhere.

This should be 0 stars. This company is a scam from China. They say their “offices” are in the US. They are not. Read the many reviews here - it’s the exact same story over and over: the product takes many weeks to arrive (from China) it’s advertised as cotton but actually is cheap polyester, the actual product looks nothing like the one on the website. And then - when you try to return it - they offer you 20 percent off or a gift card for 50% on your next order - or you have to pay for the return shipping to China. And then they will reply to the comment here: “Please email us. This is not how we want to do business. We want to make it right.”No you don’t. You want to keep ripping off customers and keeping the money. Protect yourself. Please don’t order from them.

Hit and Miss but Never Again!

I ordered pajama bottoms in May. It is now late July and I haven’t received them even though tracking says they were received. I’ve asked repeatedly where the delivery was made and I’ve gotten no answer. Additionally, I’ve ordered an abstract cat pajama set for my daughter and what was delivered was Pooh bears instead of cats. I contacted the company and at that time they did respond to me and sent another pair which were exactly the same Pooh bear pair that they sent before. So I’m thinking that there’s not a lot of English spoken, giving them the benefit of the doubt. I don’t expect to receive a refund or even an answer about where on the Earth my two pajama pants are or even a refund at this point I will cut my losses and never ever ever order from them again.
