I ordered several sets and two thimbles as Christmas gifts. The delivery came from a service based in another country, and it never arrived at my address. The tracking provided images of a house that is neither mine nor in my neighborhood. I reached out to the support team, and while a representative acknowledged my frustration, they suggested I check the area for the delivery. I reiterated that the house shown in the pictures does not belong to me and is certainly not in my vicinity. I have yet to receive any further communication from them. I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller; it feels like a complete scam. They take your money and provide misleading information about delivery. It's incredibly frustrating.
