I ordered Dec 3. It arrived 12/31. There was no cover, the fabric is inferior. Emailed and called to get a return label. After emailing back and forth they offered me a “full refund of 50%”. The reviews must be fake. There is a BBB.org complaint. This is a cheap copy of under the garden moon product. This company should be shut down.
I ordered several sets and two thimbles as Christmas gifts. The delivery came from a service based in another country, and it never arrived at my address. The tracking provided images of a house that is neither mine nor in my neighborhood. I reached out to the support team, and while a representative acknowledged my frustration, they suggested I check the area for the delivery. I reiterated that the house shown in the pictures does not belong to me and is certainly not in my vicinity. I have yet to receive any further communication from them. I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller; it feels like a complete scam. They take your money and provide misleading information about delivery. It's incredibly frustrating.

This is a complete scam. It was supposed to arrive in 4 days, but it's still in shipping nearly a month later from China (which was not mentioned anywhere). The website is filled with urgent messages like 'almost out of stock,' but a quick search reveals it's low-quality dropshipping junk sold for five times the price elsewhere. I'm disgusted.
I ordered on December 6th, 2025. As of December 20th, 2025, the package is still in China. I didn't realize it was shipping directly from there until after I placed my order. It seemed like a unique gift, but I’m sure I’ll be disappointed with the quality and size of the stitch book.
Beware! I ordered a product from an advertisement for a gift. My order sat for over 10 days without movement. It would arrive too late for Christmas, so I requested cancellation several times. **NOTE: the customer service email is a disposable address, so I received no response.** I finally got a reply after 14 days, stating 'sorry, since it shipped, we cannot cancel.' I asked for a return authorization... and got no reply. BEWARE! There are better and more reputable options available.
