I had to deal with about three different representatives before finally receiving my book after repeatedly requesting a refund. They changed the team around six times, which I found very frustrating. Instead of addressing the issues with the service I had already paid for, they kept trying to upsell additional services. I paid for a website, and after I asked them to stop promoting my book because it wasn't effective, they deactivated the website without giving me a chance to keep it. I'm relieved to be done with them. I won't be returning; this service is disappointing and feels like a scam. They seem to be associated with another provider that prioritizes profit over actual work. All the money they've taken from people will eventually catch up to them.

I am beyond disgusted with this company. I started a book with this company in February 8,2025. I had written a 5,000 word outline and knew what direction I wanted the book to go in. I bought the package for Emerald to edit, ghostwrite the book unlimited revisions (Book cover) and I bought a second marketing package.This was very expensive. Thousands of dollars. They promise me the book would be finished in four months. I filled out a questionnaire of how I wanted the book. The first problem we ran into was nobody understood what urban language was. (They kept speaking as if it was a Bridgerton play):The second problem was they kept getting the characters mixed up:The third problem is they kept changing from first person to third person.:The fourth problem they would go weeks without calling and when they did call someone was trying to sell me another service. My response was why would I buy additional services when the ones I purchased are not up to par: The sixth problem was my team changed 3X one was on my request and the other just changed:because of this change my book has 3 different writing styles that a reader can plainly see"The seventh problem is when I ask to speak to a supervisor I'm told I can only speak to my head writer and she is the one who tried to sell me additional services and stated she would call me back and never did and this is the reason I'm giving this bad review.:The eighth reason is my marketing package consisted of them making me a new Facebook page with no followers and posting random quotes from the book. Who's going to see that?: The ninth problem was with my cover although I love it now it took them 12 tries to get it it's like no one was listening to me. (Also I had to tell them my book was to short they had 10 chapters and only (60 pages the contract clearly states 250 pages for my kind of story)I hope I can get my book finished by the end of the year I hope that this review can get me in touch with a supervisor.
