My Girlfriend ordered a pair of struts over a week ago and still NO sign of them even tho they say tracked48…. Emailed and WhatsApp’d the company but NO reply. The company plaster all there boot opening struts everywhere but can’t be bothered getting in touch with you if there’s a problem. Order No ES56728. Even says on there website that it ‘could not be found’ after trying to track an ordered item. I get this is a family run business but not keeping in touch with there customers when there’s a problem and claiming all items are tracked48 is bullsh*t and bad customer care.
