I am extremely disappointed with Emerald Struts. I placed an order as a gift, and every item was shown as in stock. I also paid extra for DPD next-day delivery, expecting it to arrive on time.
What did I get? No delivery, no updates, and no proper response.
Trying to contact this company is a complete nightmare. Emails go unanswered, WhatsApp is useless, and instead of speaking to a real person, you’re stuck dealing with bots that give generic replies but solve absolutely nothing. There is no order update, no explanation, and no customer support.
At this point, I have no product, no delivery, and no answers — just frustration and wasted money. This experience has completely ruined the gift I ordered.
Honestly, this feels like another company surviving on paid or fake reviews, because the reality does not match the reputation at all. A business that takes your money, fails to deliver, and then hides behind automated responses should not be trusted.
I would not recommend Emerald Struts to anyone. Buy elsewhere and save yourself the stress.
Ordered on the 3rd Feb. Get to my order within 3 days, as stated on website when ordering. It’s now the 8th Feb no update no communication no nothing.

It's a shame I can't leave a zero star rating. Similar to most reviews, ordered January 28th, paid for DPD next day. Goods not dispatched, no reply to emails. The WhatsApp AI bot no longer working. Can only assume the business will cease trading. Glad I paid via PayPal as I was able to raise a complaint and will hopefully get my money back. Will then buy some decent struts from a reputable supplier. Avoid Emerald Struts at all cost.
Caution for future customers. Following the purchase, communication is nonexistent. Messages go unanswered, and there are no updates or explanations provided. Payment is accepted, but then there is total silence. If you care about your time and peace of mind, steer clear of this seller. The customer service is lacking. There are much better options available that truly value their customers.

Although the payment was processed on December 23rd, I never received an email confirmation, even considering the holiday season. I can only give one star since it still hasn't arrived by December 1st; their system states it's "on its way" while they are seeking feedback.
