I received an email on December 1st asking for feedback on an order placed on November 26th. The tracking shows it wasn’t handed over to the delivery service until November 29th. I can only rate it one star since it still hasn’t arrived by December 1st, despite their system indicating it's "on its way" while asking for a review.
