Ben and the team responded promptly to communications, came and measured our windows and answered all my questions informatively and politely. We received a quote and agreed a date when it would be possible to fit the windows very smoothly - a schedule they kept to. The window fitters arrived on time and were also very polite and incredibly hard working, leaving the house clean and tidy. I was very impressed with the finishing and attention to detail.
