I reached out to Andy because I had been let down by my original window and door company. Andy came out the next working day to measure, quoted that day and fitted within the agreed timescale. He even went the extra mile and sorted out a hinge on an old window. His team who fitted the windows were friendly and professional. I would 100% recommend this company. Trustworthy, punctual and reliable.
I had a great experience with Emereo. Someone came out to measure up and prepare a quote and he was not pushy at all, like some companies can be. He gave me some advice and answered all my questions - I wanted 10 new windows and 2 doors. I received a written quote with my chosen designs by email, and again there was no pressure on me at all. I agreed to Emereo doing this work and the job was booked in around 5 weeks after. The 2 installers arrived when I was told they'd arrive and they worked well to get everything done. It took 4 days but the guys were great. They were friendly and did their best to respect my home, by using dust sheets, hoovering up, etc. The windows and doors look great. I'm really pleased I splashed out a bit more for composite doors and fancy accessories for them, as your door is a key part of the house. I am looking forward to a lot less droughts this winter! We received a quote and agreed a date when it would be possible to fit the windows very smoothly - a schedule they kept to. We had a problem with a door that key draught in so I contacted Andy and his team who were able to sort the issue promptly.
