I scheduled an appointment on December 13th for my boiler that wouldn't start. They charged me £360 and promised an engineer would call within half an hour. My boiler started working within fifteen minutes, so I emailed three times to cancel and requested a full refund since no engineer contacted me. I have received no responses or confirmation of a refund. I strongly urge the service to contact me and issue a full refund for a service that was not provided.
