Disappointing experience with the emergency service

I had a disappointing experience with the service. I reported a leak and a plumber was sent. He requested a picture to identify parts but then said he couldn't fix the leak. Why send someone if he already saw the picture? He also couldn't turn off the stop tap outside. I ended up paying £360 for an incompetent plumber. Another plumber later fixed the leak easily. The service sent someone unable to perform a basic repair.

The young technician arrived on time, was friendly, polite, and incredibly efficient. My power was restored quickly. I can't believe my call was logged at 9:25 am, and he was there by 10 am, with the problem resolved in just 40 minutes. Truly excellent service!

Fantastic service from the technician

The technician arrived earlier than expected at no extra cost, quickly diagnosed the issue, and provided quotes for repair or replacement. We decided on a new boiler, and he had it installed and running within 24 hours of our call. The price was great, and he kept me updated throughout the process. A true professional!

Charged for a canceled service

I scheduled an appointment on December 13th for my boiler that wouldn't start. They charged me £360 and promised an engineer would call within half an hour. My boiler started working within fifteen minutes, so I emailed three times to cancel and requested a full refund since no engineer contacted me. I have received no responses or confirmation of a refund. I strongly urge the service to contact me and issue a full refund for a service that was not provided.

Unhappy with charges

I paid £180 to the service, and when I canceled, I found out they had taken £60 from my benefits. I feel ripped off and advise others to be cautious about what they pay for. I am unhappy about this charge and frustrated with the situation.
