I was trying to organise a boiler repair for my elderly mother. The operator at EH was friendly, professional and extremely patient when my mum struggled to master the technology to pick up a text with her bank verification code. He gave me time to try to talk her through it, ringing me back on a few occasions. I was getting very stressed and he was brilliant telling me not to worry and take as much time as I needed. The engineer was booked and we were given an estimated arrival time which was updated regularly on the app and by the engineer himself. The EH rep even rang me personally because he was worried about the engineer coming late at night and did not want mum to be distressed. I was extremely touched by this. The job was done as promised and I would not hesitate to recommend this service
